The opportunity
Our People Consultants empower our clients to envision and achieve transformative success by mastering and sustaining innovative changes in people processes and technology.
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Experience Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) instructional designers and HR teams to design and produce e-learning modules videos and other digital content that supports organizational learning goals. Experience with Dayforce Learning is considered a strong asset.
Your key responsibilities
- Design and develop e-learning courses using tools such as Articulate Storyline Adobe Captivate Camtasia or similar.
- Create storyboards scripts and prototypes for e-learning modules.
- Ensure accessibility and usability standards are met (e.g. WCAG compliance).
- Integrate multimedia elements such as graphics animations audio and video.
- Test and troubleshoot e-learning modules across platforms and devices.
- Maintain and update existing e-learning content as needed.
- Work with HR or Learning & Development teams to align content with organizational goals.
- Leverage LMS platforms to publish and track learning content; Dayforce Learning experience is ideal.
Skills and attributes for success
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Educational Technology or related field.
- 2 years of experience in e-learning design and development.
Ideally youll also have
- Experience with LMS platforms; Dayforce Learning experience is a strong asset.
