JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Job Title: Security Officers (Guard Gate Patrol Officer Command Center)
- Environment: Luxury Boston Condos (Waterfront Property)
- Location: Boston MA
- Pay: $22.00-$26.00/hour
GENERAL JOB DUTIES
- Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site.
- Heavy foot traffic location looking for officer engagement and responsiveness with residents / visitors / contractors / etc.
- Interior Exterior patrols on foot to inspect building and grounds.
- High level of observation skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers clients and management.
- Observe report and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
- Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference depending upon the nature of the position.)
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable means of communication and transportation
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to effectively speak read and write English
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
