Make an Impact by:

• Design develop/co-develop with vendor(s) implement testing automation for lab testing.
• Develop scripts and tools using languages such as Python Ansible or similar to automate network configuration monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Perform network analysis and diagnostics to support automation initiatives.
• Develop new test cases to meet new growth requirement and enhance existing test plan
• Coordinate with vendor(s) to identify requirements timelines and resources needed for testing improvement and automation.
• Document processes solutions and best practices for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Maintain periodic updates on progress and key callouts for immediate discussion & solutioning.
• Create maintain and optimize automation frameworks and ensure alignment with technical requirements.
• Manage project timelines and resources to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Ensure compliance with company GIT and/or security requirements for all the works.
• Execute and/or support existing/new test project assignments on GPON &/ Wi-Fi CPEs.
• Any other tasks assigned by the manager.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.
• Certification in CCNA and ITIL4 is preferred.
• Proven experience in GPON/CPE testing in lab environment.
• Strong understanding of lab test tools operations equipments.
• Strong understanding of IP Networking concepts including troubleshooting knowledge.
• Familiar with scripting works across different programming scripts such as python linux mac win os.
• Good project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
