To serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers providing a
professional welcoming and efficient reception service that reflects AZMs
corporate image and values.
The Receptionist ensures smooth coordination of front-desk operations visitor
management and administrative support in compliance with Saudi workplace
security and data privacy standards.
Job requirements
Front Desk & Visitor Management
Greet and register visitors; issue access badges per policy.
Maintain a professional reception area and notify staff of arrivals.
Coordinate with Security to ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality standards.
2. Communication & Call Handling
3. Administrative & Logistical Support
Assist with courier coordination document distribution and mail tracking.
Support room bookings refreshments and event logistics.
Maintain contact lists of internal departments and vendors.
4. Compliance & Record-Keeping
Keep visitor logs and delivery records in line with data and security policies.
Follow HSE and emergency procedures.
Report incidents or issues to the Facility Supervisor.
