Purpose
As a Operations Associate for Flow (Fixed-Term 6 months) you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making across our global terminal network. By collecting analyzing and visualizing key performance metrics you will help identify trends optimize operations and improve transparency across terminals. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics data analysis working closely with global operations experts to drive performance improvements and support continuous learning.

Key responsibilities
Collect clean and organize operational data from terminals (vessel yard gate equipment).
Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze operational trends to identify improvement opportunities and share best practices.
Assist in automating recurring reporting processes using tools such as Excel Power BI or SQL.
Collaborate with terminal stakeholders and global operations teams to understand data needs.
Maintain accurate documentation and data definitions to support standardization and alignment.
Support ad-hoc analyses for global initiatives pilots and benchmarking projects.

Analytically curious and growth-minded: someone eager to learn passionate about using data to solve real-world challenges and ready to contribute to a high-performing global team.
Masters degree in Data Science Engineering Logistics Mathematics Business Analytics or a related field.
02 years of professional experience in a data-related role.
Internship or academic project experience in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI and SQL (or similar tools) is an advantage.
Understanding of basic data analysis and visualization concepts.
Knowledge of terminal operations logistics or supply chain preferred.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Organized proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
