Role Description:

  • First UK Sales hire

  • UK&I Territory focused

  • Working with a BDR

  • Self-gen also expected to develop initial pipeline

  • After ramp approx. 30% of time spent on self-gen

  • Reporting to team lead in Paris (onboarding on-site and monthly visitation to Paris)

  • Build on existing client-base

Team Format:

  • Two team formats: Pro & Enterprise

Buyer Persona:

  • Marketing Director

  • CRM Managers

  • Marketing Manager

  • CTO

  • CEO

Average Contract Value (ACV):

  • 60K ARR average deal size (depends on the suite selection)

Sales Cycle:

  • Average of 3 months (Loyalty Engine is an outlier as Enterprise cycles are longer)

Partnerships:

  • Potential to work with Channel Partners (more sales enablement than direct sales)

Must Haves:

  • 10 years B2B SaaS Sales experience (BDR to AE progression)

  • Has sold CRM solutions at least once

  • Self-gen experience

  • Autonomous worker

  • 80 Rating

Nice to Haves:

  • Past GTM / Founding / Land & Expand experience

  • Sold MarTech solutions

  • Winning mindset / Challenger / Quota attainer

Compensation:

  • 90K - 120K Base

  • Double OTE
