Job Summary

Automotive Sales Managemnt

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our DFW sales team. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a passion for the automotive industry outstanding customer service skills and a track record of exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Coach and Mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Manages day-to-day sales operations ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize dealership profitability.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of GM product lines features and incentive programs ensuring the team is knowledgeable and confident in selling.
  • Expert Closer with the ability to step in and finalize difficult deals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports to adjust strategies and ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee customer relations ensuring high levels of CSI and repeat business.
  • Work collaboratively with the finance and service departments to enhance the overall dealership experience.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and manufacturer standards.
  • RECRUIT HIRE and TRAIN sales staff fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive Sales Management with a preference for GM dealership experience.
  • Proven success in leading sales teams and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of automotive sales process and financing options.
  • Excellent Leadership Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team while maintaining a positive and professional dealership environment.
  • Previous F&I Experience is a PLUS
  • Bi-lingual is a PLUS
  • Proficient in CRM software and DMS systems.
  • Must have valid Drivers License and Clean Background
