Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager Sales Operations the Human Resources Manager will partner with senior leaders in Information Technology Finance Legal and Customer Service to shape and execute people strategies that drive performance inclusion and innovation. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide initiatives while supporting a culture of excellence and collaboration.

  • Lead workforce planning talent development succession planning and organizational design efforts.
  • Drive employee engagement performance management and leadership development initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations change management and team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR peers to roll out enterprise-wide programs and ensure alignment across functions.
  • Use data and analytics to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and influence across a matrixed organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • 5 years of progressive HR experience including supporting executives in a corporate HRBP or HR Manager role.
  • Proven success supporting corporate and/or customer-facing functions.
  • Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the impact of AI and emerging technologies on workforce planning and talent development.
  • Strong business acumen analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Advanced HR certifications (e.g. SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) or a masters degree in HR or Organizational Development.
