In this role youll serve on the Energy Marketing leadership team and report directly to theSenior Director of North America Energy Brand partner with Key City and Global Energy Marketing teams and work cross-functionally with teams such as Sales Merchandising Sports-Led Brand Marketing teams Sports Marketing Digital Paid Media Retail Marketing Entertainment & Celebrity to bring world-class plans to life.

- 8-10 years of experience in brand and/or brand functional management with a strong focus on cross-functional marketing.
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field. Will accept any suitable combinations of education experience and training.
- Experience as a people leader who can bring others along and establish a positive working environment.
- Experience in managing relationships with external partners.
- Proven success incultural marketing particularly within fashion art design and streetwear communities as well as a demonstrable understanding of the visionary consumer and the nuances of North America culture and Nikes position within it.
- Exceptional communication presentation and project management skills with wide range of stakeholders brand and business.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and ability to maintain cohesive brand presence across multiple channels.
- Highly collaborative adaptable and passionate about the role of sport in shaping culture.
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
Overall you will lead in creating and executing strategic end-to-end marketing plans for collaboration product launches & cultural moments energize key brand sport initiatives bring new ideas that push Nike in white spaces and cultivate relationships with influential creatives visionaries.
Specifically you will be responsible for:
- Building developing engaging and empowering a high-performing diverse and agile marketing team
- Facilitating and executing the Energy Marketing strategy in North America.
- Creating visionary marketing concepts aimed at pushing the intersections of sports and culture through creativity.
- Developing and executing marketing plans for Nikes global collaborator portfolio in partnership with external creatives retail partners and internal teams.
- Building strategic partnerships across fashion art design and streetwear to elevate Nikes cultural footprint.
