The opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the Growth Drivers team in executing strategic initiatives managing reporting processes and ensuring smooth operational coordination. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking project management and stakeholder collaboration skills to drive impactful business outcomes across multiple priorities.
Your key responsibilities
- Support activation strategy and processes for Growth Drivers initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to execute strategy and prepare presentations reports and materials for strategy meetings.
- Prepare maintain and organize reports and presentations including managing Power BI dashboards.
- Proactively liaise with account team members to ensure alignment and progress on Growth Driver initiatives.
- Assist in managing the annual revenue planning process.
- Coordinate Sales & Pipeline Hygiene activities supporting CRM (Client Relationship Management) processes.
- Provide administrative and operational support including scheduling meetings preparing follow-ups and maintaining key documentation.
Skills and attributes for success
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills with a strong command of English.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office toolsparticularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and teaming skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure while managing tight deadlines.
- Upholds integrity and professionalism while handling highly confidential client information.
- Committed to adhering to EY policies and promoting compliance among colleagues.
- Proven ability to balance multiple project requirements and maintain high attention to detail.
Ideally youll also have
- Experience working in a professional services or corporate environment.
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
