Responsibilities
- Prepare and weld metal components using Laser or TIG welding systems.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints and written instructions.
- Measure inspect and verify part quality and tolerances.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Apply innovative problem-solving and precision-focused work habits.
Qualifications
Entry-Level Candidates:
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Interest in hands-on high-precision work.
- Willingness to learn through Phoenixs onsite training program.
Experienced Candidates:
- Familiarity with TIG or Laser Welding processes.
- Ability to select proper materials and welding techniques.
- Skilled in working independently from detailed drawings or instructions.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods.
- Must pass a standard vision screening.
