Job Summary

**Duties**

- Do physical therapy evaluations (check how patients are doing).

- Create a plan to help patients reach their goals.

- Provide treatments to help patients feel better.

- Check if the treatments are working.

- Change the care plan if needed to get the best results.

**Skills and Abilities**

- Arrive on time and be present at the job regularly.

- Good at being a leader.

- Able to organize tasks give information to patients families and coworkers.

**Education/Certifications/Licenses/Degrees**

- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Oregon.

- Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

**Experience**

- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a physical therapist in a hospital. New graduates can also apply.

**Certification Requirements**

- BLS certification required.

**State License Requirements**

- Must have a license to work in Oregon.

**Additional Information**

- Help with moving costs is available.

- $10000 bonus for full-time workers.

- $5000 bonus for part-time workers.

- New graduates can receive half of the sign-on bonus.
