Job Summary
Digital Techworks Interactive Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly analytical and organized Logistics Analyst to join our remote operations this role you will analyze logistics data improve supply chain processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented data-driven and experienced in logistics operations capable of using analytical tools to drive smarter business decisions and operational excellence.
This is a 100% remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze logistics and transportation data to identify trends inefficiencies and areas for process improvement.
Monitor supply chain performance metrics (KPIs) including delivery times cost efficiency and resource utilization.
Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to design data-backed solutions for route optimization and load planning.
Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards summarizing operational findings and strategic recommendations.
Support the implementation of process improvements digital tools and automation initiatives in logistics workflows.
Manage data integrity across multiple logistics systems and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Coordinate with vendors carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations and timely order fulfillment.
Assist with budgeting forecasting and cost analysis to support management decision-making.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Analytics or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics supply chain analysis or operations management.
Strong proficiency in Excel Google Sheets and logistics software (TMS/WMS).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Looker.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
Preferred:
Experience in digital logistics or e-commerce operations.
Familiarity with SQL or database querying.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.
Understanding of global logistics trends and cost optimization strategies.
