Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Position Title: Senior Draftsperson for Luxury Residential Designs

Work Set-up: Work From Office / Work from Home
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PH Time Zone (Morning Shift)

Salary: Php 80000.00 gross salary package (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and document custom luxury residential projects (up to AUD $4 million) and small residential developments such as townhouses and apartments.

Collaborate closely with our team of drafters in-house interior designer and external consultants.

Apply your technical expertise to support and enhance the design process.

Ensure all designs comply with NCC BCA and relevant Australian Standards.

Deliver high-quality accurate and detailed drawings that reflect the design intent and project requirements.

Contribute to the development of thoughtful contemporary and enduring homes.

Required Qualifications:

Excellent communication and teamwork skills a true team player with a collaborative mindset.

Strong attention to detail and solid construction knowledge.

Minimum of 5 years experience in residential drafting (preferably in high-end or custom home projects).

Proficiency in ArchiCAD is a must.

Experience with 4D Library is an advantage.
