Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule: 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: MonFri 8:00 AM5:00 PM Sat 9 am-2 pm CST (1-hour unpaid break)
Client Timezone: Central Time (Chicago)

Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls for both roofing/restoration and dumpster rental businesses.

  • Book and schedule dumpster rental appointments.

  • Take customer information and input data into Go High Level CRM system.

  • Schedule roofing inspection appointments for prospects.

  • Follow up with leads who did not initially answer calls.

  • Follow up on estimates that have been sent to determine customer interest and status.

  • Manage appointment scheduling and rescheduling as needed.

  • Provide professional customer service for all client interactions.


Requirements:
  • Strong customer service background and communication skills.

  • Experience with CRM systems (Go High Level experience preferred).

  • Ability to handle inbound calls professionally.

  • Basic computer skills for data entry and system navigation.

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.

  • Availability to work Central Time zone hours.


Scopes:
  • Full-time position: 40 hours per week.

  • Additional half-day coverage on Saturdays.

  • Primarily inbound call handling with follow-up responsibilities.

  • Supporting two distinct business lines (roofing/restoration and dumpster rental).

  • Working with Go High Level CRM and Job Members integration.

  • Handling leads generated from Google Ads and Facebook advertising campaigns.
