Key Responsibilities:
Plan execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search Shopping Display YouTube).
Manage ad budgets strategically to achieve or exceed ROAS and CPA goals.
Conduct audience research segmentation and targeting strategies for e-commerce success.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ad assets meet platform best practices and performance goals.
Track and analyze campaign data using GA4 and platform tools translating results into actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads for e-commerce or digital brands.
Proven success in achieving performance targets (ROAS CPA CTR CVR).
Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Experience running A/B tests managing product feeds and optimizing campaigns end-to-end.
Analytical mindset with excellent communication and reporting skills.
Detail-oriented strategic and adaptable in a fast-paced digital environment.
