About the role.

Were looking for a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Driver to join our Coldstore Team at our Hastings this hands-on role youll be responsible for the safe and accurate movement storage and dispatch of materials in our Coldstore ensuring smooth operations between our production and storage areas.

The ideal candidate will be dependable demonstrate a strong work ethic and possess the ability to work safely and efficiently independently and as part of a team in a busy manufacturing environment. Youll be working fixed hours; Wednesday 11pm5am then 5pm-5am Thursday to Saturday.

What youll be doing.

• Safely load and unload trucks and move materials to correct Coldstore locations
• Accurately scan and record inventory to maintain up-to-date stock information
• Ensure correct bulk materials are available for production on time
• Complete forklift checks cleaning and general warehouse duties as required
• Follow all Health & Safety Quality and Compliance procedures
• Support training of new operators and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

What youll need to be successful.

• Proven forklift experience and a current OSH Forklift Licence
• Strong focus on safety accuracy and teamwork
• Reliable punctual and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player with excellent attendance
• Comfortable working in a cold environment
• Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
