Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation customization and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce administration along with the ability to design scalable and secure solutions. This role will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members collaborating with business stakeholders and driving best practices to establish and grow the Salesforce practice within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce configuration administration and development activities.

Design develop and implement custom solutions using Apex LWC Triggers SOQL and Flows.

Manage and optimize profiles roles permission sets and security

Perform data migration and integration using tools such as Data Loader Data Import Wizard and Salesforce Inspector

Ensure system scalability performance and reliability.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Salesforce resources as the practice grows

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science IT or related field.

10 years of Salesforce experience (Admin Development).

Strong expertise in Apex LWC SOQL Batch Apex Triggers and FlowsProficiency with data loading and integration tools (Data Loader Inspector Import Wizard)

Solid knowledge of Salesforce security model and governance limits.

Experience in designing scalable Salesforce solutions and integrating with external systems.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

Salesforce Certified Administrator and Certified Platform Developer I/II

Experience with Salesforce CPQ Service Cloud Sales Cloud or Experience Cloud

Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps tools for Salesforce (Gearset Copado etc.)

Previous experience in setting up or growing a Salesforce practice/team
