Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs define role requirements and advise on hiring strategies.
Proactively source candidates using a variety of channels (LinkedIn databases referrals networking etc.).
Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews and support hiring teams through the selection process.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho Recruit).
Provide an excellent candidate experience ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs or networking events.
Contribute to process improvements and best practices in the talent acquisition function.
Act as a mentor to junior recruiters or support recruitment coordination efforts when needed.
Conduct regular market research and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation offerings.
Support local operations and expansion efforts in key cities aligning talent acquisition strategies with business growth needs.
Requirements
- 4 - 6 years of experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruit Boolean search) is a plus.
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly collaborative and thrives with a demonstrated ability to work within a team-oriented environments
