Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Position Overview:
The Remote Data Entry Associate is responsible for entering and managing data from a remote location ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks. This role requires self-motivation and effective time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Remote Data Entry: Accurately enter data into various systems and databases maintaining high standards of quality and confidentiality.
  • Data Verification: Review and verify data for consistency and accuracy making corrections as necessary.
  • Organized Record-Keeping: Maintain organized electronic files and records for easy access and compliance with company policies.
  • Team Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve data issues and support team objectives.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to data entry and remote work practices.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles is essential.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools.
  • Detail-Oriented: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

Required Skills:

High School diploma or equivalent required; some college or related credential preferred. Previous experience working in a behavioralhealth psychiatric substanceuse or related facility preferred. Must obtain certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) or similar de-escalation training (often required within first 30 days of hire). Excellent interpersonal skills crisisintervention ability and strong observational and documentation skills. Must be at least 21 years old (in some roles) and able to pass required background/criminal checks. Commitment to working flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays (12-hour shifts).
