100% onsite in Novi MI - Full Time Direct Hire
(US HQ oversight of US & UK operations)
About the Role
3R Talent is seeking an experienced Financial Controller for our client a global industrial organization. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for finance operations across the US and UK while also leading HR IT and administrative functions.
What Youll Do
- Lead all finance and accounting functions in the US and UK.
- Oversee reporting budgeting forecasting and financial planning.
- Manage treasury cash flow tax compliance and insurance programs.
- Provide strategic insights on profitability pricing and business performance.
- Guide HR operations including payroll benefits and 401(k) plan oversight.
- Oversee IT systems and ERP strategy to support growth.
- Lead and develop a high-performing cross-border finance team.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
- 10 years in senior finance leadership (manufacturing/engineering/industrial a plus).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and UK financial reporting.
- Proven experience managing cross-border teams and multi-entity operations.
- ERP systems and process improvement experience.
- HR/IT leadership and 401(k) plan administration experience strongly valued.
