By ICL definition a Custodial-Mover isresponsible for cleaning all areas of an assigned facilitywhile attending to minor building maintenance and repairs. This individual will alsotransport office equipment and/or residential household itemsfor relocation services. activities tasks and equipment/vehicle usage vary according to the season and individual needs of the program.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• VALIDStateDrivers License Photo ID NY NJ CT or PA preferred
• No Education Required and/or OSHA 30 Certified a plus but not mandatory
• Available 5 Days Min. b/w Monday to Sunday Days Hours and Location: TBD
• Strong communication writing and conveying skills bilingual is a plusbut not mandatory
• 2 years of custodial AND moving experience knowledge of safe and efficient cleaning and moving methods preferred
• Proper attire at all times this includes work pants boots and outer/inner-wear with the ICL company logo(provided after training)
• Following all safety guidelines for the performance of the tasks mentioned below

CUSTODIAL-MOVER TASKS:

• Pest Control maintain vigilance against pests and report the need for special pest control
• Moving storing packing loading repositioning furniture and removing large objects from the floor
• Restrooms restock toilet tissue and other dispensers empty trash sanitize fixtures mirrors toilets etc.
• Proper use of industrial equipment like floor buffers and industrial floor washers to clean and finish floors
• Cleaning dusting mopping sweeping vacuuming buffing windows gum/dirt removal trash and so on
• Knowledge of responsible and safe cleaning product usage ie: clorox ammonia isopropyl alcohol and more
• Heavy Lifting Pushing & Pulling of up to 25 lbs the ability to bend kneel squat and stand for long periods is aMUST
• Restock carts and closets at the end of each shift -ensure completion of assigned cleaning schedule tasks within each shift
• Attend to and fix minor building issues (i.e. leaky faucets faulty light switches flooded areas incidental spills and related clean-up work
• Trash check all containers before moving them recycling maintain removal systems including rotation of garbage receptacles and replace liners
• Groundskeeping outside duties such as lawn mowing bush trimming snow removal (shoveling) keeping lawns or sidewalks clean mowing grass raking leaves and tending to ornamental gardens etc. as needed
• Perform other job-related tasks as assigned in an organized and detail-oriented manner
