Were seeking a hands-on solutions-driven technician to lead prototype development process improvements and tooling design. If you thrive in a collaborative fast-paced setting and enjoy seeing your work directly influence production and product innovation this role is for you.

What Youll Do

Design and fabricate prototypes tooling and fixtures using manual and CNC equipment
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine manufacturing processes
Support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives
Create and update CAD models and drawings (SolidWorks preferred)
Assist with equipment repair and process documentation
Partner with supply chain to support design changes and supplier development

What You Bring

Associates degree or equivalent experience in machining manufacturing or mechanical/electronics technology
3 years in a manufacturing environment with CNC and manual machining experience
Proficiency in CAD/CAM (SolidWorks FeatureCAM preferred)
Strong skills in process development fixture design and blueprint reading
Experience with inspection tools and statistical process control (SPC DOE a plus)
