Leads the development implementation and ongoing operations of one or more academic programs to ensure effectiveness in meeting strategic departmental and student development goals. Manages the program budget and outreach activities and supervise program staff. Strives to create a welcoming equitable and inclusive work environment.
The director is responsible for fulfilling the grant objectives for the TRiO Student Support Services (SSS) program by providing leadership and oversight of the SSS program ensuring full compliance with U.S. Department of Education regulations institutional and state policies. The director manages program operations fiscal accountability staff supervision and assessment to promote student success.
This includes overseeing the comprehensive provision of services to eligible student participants. These services encompass advising tutoring mentorship career and personal development as well as various educational experiences aimed at fostering student achievement and belonging through graduation.
This is a grant funded position through the Department of Education for the period of 9/25/2025-9/24/2030. This is an academic staff appointment that will be reviewed annually and is contingent on continuation of funding by the U.S. Department of Education.
Student Experience and Transformation
Minimum $55000 annually based on education and experience
This is a full-time grant funded position. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
