As the PXT Investments Vice President within the Consumer and Community Banking PXT Investments team you will engage in a wide range of core team disciplines including value articulation through business cases and scorecards prioritization workforce planning post-implementation reviews and the delivery and tracking of efficiency programs. This role provides visibility into all Consumer and Community Banking Product Portfolios and involves close collaboration with Finance and Product organizations.
Job responsibilities:
- Direct a team of 510 professionals ensuring effective execution across core disciplines and fostering a collaborative results-driven environment.
- Analyze technology investment return profiles to generate insights on quality and estimated value generation supporting informed decision-making.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities by leveraging advanced tooling (e.g. Alteryx ThoughtSpot) or enhancing processes to drive operational efficiency.
- Oversee the tracking of key performance metrics and deliver regular performance reporting aligned with expense program objectives.
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors degree in finance or related field from top tier institute
- 5 years experience in Finance function
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues
- Possess a transformative mindset with strong strategic thinking problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of professionals
