Job Summary

Municipal Engineer Civil Engineering

We are seeking a skilled Municipal Engineer to lead infrastructure projects and support community development. This role involves collaborating with municipal officials interpreting regulations and ensuring compliance with federal state and local requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with municipalities to assess and address infrastructure needs
Attend and represent projects at public meetings
Provide technical guidance on municipal state and federal codes
Oversee plan reviews for subdivisions and land developments
Prepare cost estimates and feasibility analyses
Lead and mentor junior engineers
Conduct site inspections as needed

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in municipal infrastructure and planning
B.S. in Civil Engineering and Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Proficiency in site layout grading utility design and regulatory approvals
Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D Microsoft Office and H&H tools
Strong knowledge of municipal approval processes and ordinance requirements
Valid drivers license and ability to obtain PA Act 34 114 and 151 clearances
