Youll work in a supportive professional environment where collaboration and growth are encouraged and your work truly makes a difference. As a Senior Accountant you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial management and providing expert insights to drive our success. You will:
Produce accurate financial and management reports that support data-driven decision-making for our management team. Provide insights into financial performance trends and deliver actionable feedback to optimize their financial strategies.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and review income statement items to ensure accuracy. Proactively identify patterns and potential issues.
Oversee and streamline multiple billing management and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Leverage technology and best practices for optimal results.
Support and collaborate with Firm Administrators Partners and other key stakeholders to address financial needs and other responsibilities as needed.
Assist the Firm Administrator with payroll and other HR related tasks as needed.

Education Requirements
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
Software Skills
Minimum of 2 years experience using QuickBooks Online or Desktop
Experience using tools Outlook and Microsoft 365
Experience with payroll
