Job Title: Senior Associate US & Canada Payroll

Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Associate to manage payroll processing for employees across the US and Canada. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of US & Canada payroll compliance prevailing wage regulations and federal/state/provincial tax laws. The individual will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution documentation quality reviews and compliance with SLAs and KPIs. This role also requires effective collaboration across teams and platforms including Oracle Kronos Microsoft and ADP.

35 years of proven experience in US payroll processing.
Strong understanding of US & Canada payroll compliance and legislation.
Experience with prevailing wage handling and setup.
Familiarity with payroll systems such as Oracle Kronos ADP and Microsoft platforms.
Ability to conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies independently.
Excellent time management organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.
Flexibility to work in US time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
Exposure to Canadian payroll processing and compliance is a plus.
Experience supporting large employee volumes and multiple pay groups.
Academic Background:
Bachelors degree or PG degree in Commerce / MBA
