Job Summary

An international FMCG sector food industry company is looking for a

Business Partner Controller for its Budapest office.

List of activities:

Lead financial planning and Budget Reforecast processes.
Active participation in the monthly Business Planning Process
Prepare and present the monthly reports and variance analysis
Provide key business insights to support data-driven decision-making and efficient growth
Top line optimization

Required skills:

Strong business partner
Communicates and connects easily to others on all levels
Able to work & lead projects in a multicultural matrix environment
Rigorous organized & motivated with high autonomy
Professional experience: 5 years of experience in controlling in a multinational environment (FMCG is an advantage) including 3 years as a Business controller
Advantage: skilled in digital tools and AI an early adopters who can inspire others
Master degree in a relevant field
Technical skills: Google tools Microsoft excel. Cognos BI is a plus.
Language: fluent business English Hungarian is an advantage
