Job Summary

Role Summary:

Flowserve Financial Shared Services Center is looking for an Interface Business Analyst (IF BA) to play a critical role in the long-term implementation of E-invoicing across multiple Flowserve sites globally. The IF BA will collaborate with finance and project experts to prepare and launch the E-invoicing function engaging with both business areas and development teams throughout the project life cycle from initiation to implementation and post-support.

Key Responsibilities:

Become a subject matter expert in finance business areas including processes rules logic and data.
Identify analyze and prioritize business threats and opportunities.
Develop comprehensive plans covering scheduling setup testing stakeholder communication training documentation and post-implementation support.
Address process-critical issues and drive continuous improvements for high-severity problems as needed.
Establish proactive processes systems and procedures for activity analysis and control.
Gain experience in system setup and data mapping.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or professional accounting qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience; alternatively a degree in database management or information systems.
Experience as a Business Analyst Business System Analyst System Analyst IT Project Manager or a similar role.
Familiarity with large-scale integrated financial reporting systems preferably SAP or Oracle.
Strong initiative adaptability proactivity and ability to work under pressure in critical situations.
Experience in a multinational company.
Background in a Financial Shared Service Centre.
Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes.
Project management experience.
Familiarity with Medius and Pagero applications.
