We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative or Sales Trainee to join the team and contribute to impactful healthcare solutions through customer engagement technical support and market development.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Visit hospitals and healthcare professionals regularly to promote products and services achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Development: Support the planning and execution of strategies to grow market share for both existing and new products.
Technical Support: Provide hands-on product training and clinical support to healthcare professionals in the field.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with hospital management purchasing departments and clinical staff.
Project Coordination: Participate in cross-functional initiatives and attend industry events to represent the company and its values.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform sales strategies and business decisions.

Key Requirements

Bachelors degree in Science Biomedical Engineering Biotechnology or a related discipline
Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals is a plus
Strong communication problem-solving and organizational skills
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
Proficient in MS Office applications
A proactive collaborative mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
