Your Role as a Customer Service Specialist
As aCustomer Service Specialist you will be a trusted point of contact for our retail customers ensuring they receive expert guidance and a seamless experience. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships in an industry that values trust and expertise. This position is a maternity cover offering an excellent opportunity to gain international experience and contribute to an established global team with the possibility of extension.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers worldwidevia email phone and live chat in English Spanish and/or Italian and ideally German
- Advise and assistcustomers with product information orders and account management.
- Resolve inquiries efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards.
- Identify customer needsand offer tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with a multicultural teamto streamline processes and improve customer service strategies.

Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
- Languages:Strong English & Spanish and/or Italian skills; German and/or French is a plus.
