IT Support Technician
Location: New Orleans Region Louisiana Onsite
Were adding an IT Support Engineer to our Metairie-based team to provide hands-on support and project assistance for our MSP clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical troubleshooting fieldwork and client interaction. Youll split your time between resolving day-to-day IT issues working on-site installations and contributing to MSP client infrastructure improvements.
Youll work with Microsoft technologies support networked systems and help deliver reliable solutions that keep client operations running smoothly. What Youll Be Doing
- Provide hands-on desktop laptop and mobile device support
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 Intune Azure and SharePoint environments
- Assist with system rollouts upgrades and vendor-led implementations
- Support and maintain networking equipment with assistance of our network engineers
- Coordinate with clients to complete site projects and repairs
- Meeting weekly with clients to review issues and services provisioned
- Setup new MSP clients rolling out agents such RMM AV and other security/management agents
- Participate in field installations and occasional lift operations
- Logging all work in a ticketing system
What Youll Bring
- 2 years of MSP experience in a support or onsite technician role preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft and Windows environments
- o365 Administrative experience is a must certification preferred
- Experience with networking fundamentals and exposure to network equipment
- Comfortable with both desk-based troubleshooting and hands-on fieldwork
- Excellent communication organization and customer service skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and efficiently
