Principal Accountabilities:
This role is transformation and change focused on its nature. Core accountabilities are:
- Business Partner for Strategic Pillars/Enablers and Local Business Unit (LBUs) acting as key conduit into Group Transformation supporting in driving synergies and resolving cross-functional issues on transformation initiatives.
- Engage relevant Group Pillar/Enablers to support the governance and delivery of transformation initiatives including planning implementation and benefits management
- Support the strategic planning process and annual budgets of LBUs via fostering collaboration between LBUs and Group Pillar/Enablers conducting analysis to support prioritisation of transformation initiatives
- Drive the adoption of transformation standards and support LBUs in maintaining disciplined and timely programme monitoring and reporting
- Prepare and contribute to development of executive level reporting and presentations
- Demonstrate deep experience in operational and digital transformation technology modernization coupled with strategy and programme management / change management capabilities
- Deep understanding of operational KPIs (e.g. operational efficiency STP automation) and business case development to support value realization
Candidate Requirements:
- 10-15 years of program management/ delivery experience.
- Delivery / execution focused comfortable with high level of uncertainty highly adaptable.
- Able to build and sustain programme structures lead project activities and interact with senior stakeholders.
- In-house function experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English (ability to speak one of more Asian languages desirable).
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups across multiple locations territories and cultures.
- Possess high integrity good analytical mind and decision-making capabilities.
