Your new role

You will hold a position as: Senior Manager Pricing & Market Access

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead collaboration efforts between IO-SO IO regions and global functions to execute pricing strategies by integrating them into key planning and business decisions while setting pricing guidance across therapy areasespecially for new channels and segments like e-Health private providers and other out-of-pocket (OOP) channels.
  • Handle price business cases within designated therapy areas and provide the required business analytics to support management decision-making.
  • Secure understanding and acceptance of key market access and pricing concepts to embed a market access culture and mindset into strategic organisational processes.
  • Monitor and influence market access developments ensuring strategic alignment and securing patient access across the NN portfolio through proactive recommendations and collaboration.

Your skills & qualifications

  • Hold a relevant university degree with fluency in written and spoken English and have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or MedTech industry with proven achievements in Market Access Pricing Execution and Out-of-Pocket (OOP) channel development.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in reimbursement and OOP strategies value communication expertise with Market Access & Pricing tools
  • Possess international experience with a strong ability to work cross-functionally and lead without formal authority while also showing proven project management skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Have a solid understanding of cross-functional business dynamics and the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Combine technical expertise and strategic capabilities to drive impactful Pricing & Market Access initiatives across diverse healthcare environments.
