An opportunity is available for an experienced and dedicated Account Executive specializing in commercial insurance. This role involves managing a book of commercial business overseeing a team of 4-5 professionals and ensuring the seamless servicing and renewal marketing of accounts. The position is based in Hopewell Junction NY and requires a professional with a strong background in property and casualty insurance.
Compensation Package
- Competitive salary range: $85000 - $125000 (commensurate with experience).
- Potential for hybrid work arrangements with adjusted compensation.

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a commercial book of business valued at approximately $2 million with average premiums of $20000 and largest premiums reaching $200000.
- Oversee and lead a commercial team of 4-5 individuals ensuring efficient operations and high-quality client service.
- Handle renewal marketing and ensure timely and accurate processing of renewals.
- Maintain responsibility for day-to-day service of accounts including quoting renewal business as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial insurance with a proven track record of managing and servicing accounts.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
- Proficiency in AMS 360 agency management software is preferred; experience with Epic will also be considered.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee and guide a team.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work onsite five days a week with potential flexibility for hybrid arrangements based on experience and salary expectations.
