About the Role
The Partnerships team is one of Baselanes top strategic growth initiatives with direct executive sponsorship and visibility. Were building partnerships with the platforms associations and service providers that real estate investors trust most and turning those relationships into a scalable growth engine.
Were hiring our first Partnerships Account Executive (PAE) to launch and scale strategic and channel partnerships. Youll own the entire partner lifecycle sourcing pitching negotiating implementing and growing relationships that directly drive revenue and customer acquisition. This role sits at the intersection of sales business development and account management offering both strategic influence and hands-on execution.
Youll collaborate closely with internal teams including Product Marketing and Engineering and with external executives to bring integrations and co-marketing programs to life. Youll constantly optimize performance through data experimentation and structured processes ensuring each partnership delivers measurable impact.
As one of the earliest hires on the Partnerships team you wont just close deals youll define what partnership excellence looks like at Baselane build repeatable playbooks and establish the systems and frameworks that will scale Baselanes next stage of growth. This is a role for a builder who wants to own a critical growth pillar.
