Now Hiring: Licensed Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) STEPS Behavioral Health

Location: Columbia MD In-person role Pay: $24$28/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

This is a high-impact client-facing role where your skills will directly help children and families thrive.

Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician you will provide 1:1 applied behavior analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement treatment plans collect data and help clients achieve measurable progress in their developmental and behavioral goals.

Requirements

• Must hold current RBT certification through the BACB
• Must be licensed as required by the state of Maryland
• Prior experience with ABA autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in-home school and/or clinic settings
• Strong communication and professionalism
