Join Us as an RBT
As a Registered Behavior Technician youll provide hands-on support to participants while helping to implement thoughtful individualized care rooted in respect dignity and real-world goals.
What Youll Do
- Under the supervision of a behavior analyst and our clinical team you will effectively implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and will collect and record data to monitor progress.
- You will aid clients with everyday activities that include light housekeeping meal preparation running errands and helping to create or provide personal hygiene routines.
- You will assist with medication administration and provide transportation to clients when needed.
- You will actively seek clinical direction from your supervisor in a timely manner and collaborate with parents/caregivers and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and continuity of care during and outside of sessions.
- You will adhere to ethical guidelines regarding professional conduct and scope of practice.
What You Bring
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and managing severe challenging behaviors.
- A valid Drivers License personal vehicle and insurance.
- CPR Certification and a recent TB test (we can help you obtain both if needed).
- Willingness to undergo a state and federal fingerprint background check.
