As an EPM Tech Lead on this team you will lead participate in delivering various customer engagements including assessments requirement gathering solution design implementations and optimizations. You will work independently on development and issue resolution ensure timely delivery of project artifacts. You will provide support throughout the implementation lifecycle and coordinate closely with customer and internal teams to ensure successful EPM solution.
Location is Austin TX. Sponsorship is not available for the position.
ResponsibilitiesAbout You:
- You have experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- You are passionate about customer service with a strong customer focus excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- You are an experienced EPM consultant with a consistent track record of designing and delivering high-scale high-impact solutions
- You have good understanding of Income statement Balance Sheet Cash Flow Workforce planning Capex planning strategic planning different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statement
- You stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle EPM technologies and best practices through continuous learning.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/Accounting/Finance
- 10 years of experience in EPM consulting and implementing EPM cloud products
- Worked on 2 end-to-end implementations in any two EPM cloud products (EPBS Modules FCCS ARCS and NR)
- Deep functional knowledge of financial processes and associated functionality in the EPM area
- Expertise in developing custom integrations using EPM Data Integration EPM Integration Agent Pipeline Groovy Business Rule and EPM Automate
- Hands-on knowledge of scripting (Batch/Python/PowerShell)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and master unfamiliar concepts quickly with little supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent communication project/stakeholder/team management skills and experience.
- Knowledge of SRs RFCs and My Oracle Support.
- Strong customer focus excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
