Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your Human Resources expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside supportive and dynamic teammates.
Youll contribute to shaping the future of talent acquisition and enhancing HR processes. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Talent Acquisition HR Business Partners and Digitalization Teams) assist with employee file digitalization support administrative tasks and much more.
Well look to you for:
Supporting the HRBP with day-to-day administrative tasks
Assisting in coordinating recruitment processes and candidate management
Helping maintain and update employee records in a digital format
Contributing to the organization and execution of onboarding processes
Supporting the preparation of HR reports and data analysis
Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures in daily tasks
Collaborating with the HR team to improve processes and workflows
Providing support for employee inquiries and requests
Participating in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Assisting in fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
Experience or understanding of talent acquisition processes and best practices.

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
