As a Senior Microsoft Fabric Architect youll be at the forefront of this transformationguiding clients through their data modernization journey architecting scalable solutions and shaping the future of data strategy. The impact you will have:

You will play a pivotal role in enabling organizations to harness the full capabilities of Microsoft Fabric. This is a high-impact client-facing position where your technical expertise strategic thinking and leadership will directly influence business outcomes.

As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert youll lead workshops assessments and solution delivery across a wide range of industries. Youll also mentor junior talent contribute to internal innovation and represent the organization at industry events.

What youll do:

• Architect and deliver secure scalable and high-performance data platforms using Microsoft Fabric Power BI Purview and Azure services.
• Lead discovery sessions workshops and roadmap development with stakeholders ranging from technical teams to C-level executives.
• Represent the organization at conferences webinars and community events. Publish blogs whitepapers and contribute to the broader data community.
• Mentor junior consultants and architects. Collaborate with sales pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful client engagements and solution adoption.
• Stay ahead of Microsoft Fabric updates and roadmap. Prototype new capabilities and contribute to internal IP and solution accelerators.

What youll bring to the table:

• 8 years in data architecture analytics or BI roles
• 3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and related services
• Deep knowledge of Power BI OneLake Lakehouse architecture Dataflows Gen2 Real-Time Analytics and Notebooks
• Strong understanding of Azure Data Lake Synapse Dataverse and Microsoft 365 integrations
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines Git integration and deployment automation
• Proven success in client-facing roles including strategy and delivery
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences

Bonus points for

• Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Data Engineer Associate
• Microsoft MVP or MCT designation
• Experience integrating AI/ML into Fabric workflows
• Bilingual (English/French)
• Familiarity with Canadian data residency and compliance regulations (e.g. PIPEDA)
