Were looking for a talented Senior Consultant to join our Deals department as part of our Real Estate team.

Your impact

• You will assist our clients in their transactions (acquisition or sell-process) refinancing and other capital market operations;

• You will focus on broader strategic issues facing clients before during and after transactions;

• You will assist team members and clients in Real Estate valuation and financial modelling capital markets and advisory assignments;

• You will work in project teams often together with our Real Estate tax and Real Estate legal team to maximize the benefit for our clients

About you

• You havea minimum of 3 years of experience in either an audit / financial environment

• You have a real deep interest in Real Estate

• You have excellent project management skills and the ability to produce high-quality work

• You are a team player

• You possess strong interpersonal skills

• You have a flexible working style strong analytical skills and pay attention to detail

• You have a strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas

• You possess excellent communication skills specifically business writing aptitude

• You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
