Job Summary

Position Overview

As the Division of Palliative Medicine and Hospice we are a part of the fabric of care with a fully integrated palliative care continuum to assure optimal patient experience. The clinician will be part of the OACIS (Optimizing Advanced Complex Illness Support)/Palliative Medicine practice a nationally recognized innovative palliative medicine service part of Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) and Jefferson Health.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Inpatient hospital rounding/consults
  • Rotating weekend/holiday call schedule

Qualifications

  • A network champion for Palliative Care and a passion for clinical work
  • A valid Pennsylvania license
  • Seeking an experienced certified nurse practitioner
  • Preferred ICU/ED experience as a nurse or as an NP
