About the Role

Mental Health Professional Invercargill Community Mental Health Team will collaborate with amulti-disciplinary team of Psychiatrists Clinical PsychologistsRegistered Nurses Social Workers Occupational Therapists and Peer Support Workers to manage a broad-based generic caseload utilising your mental health experience.

This role provides good resources and the opportunity to work and develop professionally within a progressive and friendly team that is well supported by management.

Successful candidate will:

• Commit to the MDT approach with a focus on excellent service delivery
• Manage cases across the adult age range assessing maintaining and managing clinical risk
• Build relationships withconsumers family/whanau and support agencies.

About you

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be a registered health professional including Registered Nurse Social Worker or Occupational Therapist with current APC
• Have proven community and / or recent mental health experience.
• Hold a strong sense of self a positive can do attitude and a commitment to working cohesively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to best practice standards and your model of practice will be inclusive of the seven Real Skills of Lets get real ()
• Hold a full NZ drivers licence.
