The Position

Sales Account Executive (Blood Bank) - Diagnostics

As a Sales Account Executive Blood Bank you must be able to act as a Roche representative with values consistent with Roches regulations while still prioritizing excellent service. You are also responsible for building good relationships with customers so that they feel Roches presence and are ready with solutions that help customers achieve their goals. We must maintain compliance while also accommodating everything related to quality according to our commitment to help customers maintain and improve blood services at each Blood Bank.

You also need to be able to read all opportunities in the market by conducting sales analysis and translating them into GDC so that we can maintain profitability and also accommodate what customers need.

You also need to be able to read competitor movements in each customer and create strategies on how we can keep customers from being influenced by competitors

Your Opportunity

  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships with Blood Bank customers. Act as the primary contact for all client-related matters. Resolve client issues and concerns promptly.

  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and upsell services or solutions. Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue and growth targets. Achieve or exceed sales quotas while supporting profitability goals.

  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions. Maintain a clear view of customer goals preferences and business environments. Present product offerings pitches and progress updates regularly.
