The opportunity

Were looking for a detail-driven curious and motivated Assistant Analyst to join our Non-Custodial Investments team!

This is your chance to be part of a high-performing group that supports the Multi-Asset Portfolio Service (MAPS) a key offering in our investment platform.

Youll play a vital role in onboarding new accounts liaising with advisers and fund managers and streamlining processes that make a real difference to our clients.

What Youll Be Doing:

• Onboarding new MAPS accounts for non-custodial investments

• Verifying and importing historical asset data into client portfolios

• Reviewing applications LPOAs redemptions and fund manager instructions

• Reconciling income tax components and processing adjustments

• Participating in user acceptance testing for system upgrades

• Driving process improvements and contributing to smarter faster workflows

What Youll Bring:

• A solid understanding of ASX securities bonds managed funds and unlisted assets

• A hunger to learn investment admin processes like capital calls valuations and corporate actions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

• Experience with WRAP/Super platforms is a bonus!
