Responsibilities
- Follow established standards of nursing practices and implement community programs policies and procedures.
- Conduct resident rounds daily reporting problems to supervisor and initiating corrective action.
- Administer and document direct resident care medications and treatments per physicians orders and accurately record all care provided.
- Write detailed reports maintaining precise charting recording medications observing symptoms and taking vital signs.
Qualifications
- San Antonio TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Texas.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an LVN in a clinical setting preferred.
- Electronic Medical Record Experience required PCC preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
