Position Overview
Insurance Group of Nevada Corp is seeking a licensed Nevada Property & Casualty Insurance Agent who is both sales-driven and service-focused to join our growing team. The agent will be responsible for generating new business servicing existing accounts and providing consultative insurance solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Prospect quote and bind personal and/or commercial Property & Casualty insurance policies
Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Meet or exceed individual sales retention and revenue goals
Cross-sell and upsell additional lines of coverage where appropriate
Client Service & Account Management
Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on five-star satisfaction
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients through proactive outreach
Handle policy changes renewals endorsements and coverage reviews
Assist clients with billing questions coverage explanations and carrier coordination
Insurance & Compliance Duties
Accurately collect and analyze underwriting information
Ensure policies comply with Nevada insurance regulations and agency standards
Maintain proper documentation in agency management systems
Stay current on carrier guidelines products and state licensing requirements
Professional Representation
Act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for Insurance Group of Nevada Corp
Collaborate with internal team members and carrier partners
Maintain a high level of professionalism ethics and confidentiality
Qualifications
Required
Active Nevada Property & Casualty insurance license
Proven sales and customer service experience in the insurance industry
Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfort working in a goal-oriented
Preferred
Experience working with multiple carriers in an independent agency
Familiarity with personal lines commercial lines or both
Experience servicing multi-state clients

Regulatory & Compliance Requirements (Nevada DOI)
This position is subject to all applicable Nevada Division of Insurance (DOI) laws regulations and ethical standards governing licensed insurance producers.
The Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent must:
Maintain an active Nevada Property & Casualty producer license in good standing at all times
Comply with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) and Nevada Administrative Code (NAC) applicable to insurance producers
Conduct all insurance transactions in a fair honest and ethical manner
Adhere to all fiduciary responsibilities including proper handling of premiums and client information
Ensure all representations advertisements and communications are truthful accurate and not misleading
Complete all required continuing education (CE) in accordance with Nevada DOI requirements
Follow carrier underwriting guidelines and disclosure obligations
Protect client confidentiality in compliance with state and federal privacy laws including safeguarding nonpublic personal information
Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose material information as required by law
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with DOI audit standards
Failure to maintain licensing or comply with regulatory requirements may result in disciplinary action including termination.
