Moran Assistant Superintendent of Human ResourcesSUBJECT: INTERNAL BPS POSTINGMENTOR MANAGER (1) High School Mentor Teaching Program - The above captioned positions are posted for interested staff members. This position is contingent upon funding. THE MENTOR MANAGER WILL WORK WITH MENTORS AND PROTEGES AT HIGH SCHOOL LEVELQualifications:ŸMust be a licensed teacherŸMust have a minimum of 5 years successful teaching experienceat least 3 years in BrocktonŸMust have a recommendation from a principal or supervisorŸInterest in or experience with mentor teaching preferredŸAt least a two-year commitment to the position is preferredŸStrong organizational and communication skillsŸTeacher at the High School levelDuties and Responsibilities:ŸCoordinate and provide the mentor and protégé professional development activitiesŸBudget and payroll managementŸCommunicate with consultants mentors protégés appropriate administratorsŸModify and implement the program assessment toolŸAddress needs of the program; work with other mentor managersŸPlan for the future needs of the programŸOther related duties as the need arisesCompensation: $2200 for school year 2025-2026Interested personnel must apply on School Springby November 5 2025
